Went about a month ago and noticed I had an oil leak in my driveway, turns out my oil filter was extremely loose and about to fall off ☹️. I tried calling to let them know over the phone, but I got stuck on hold, so guess Ill leave a google review. Also during a different oil change, I asked for a base oil change and still got charged for the full synthetic. Plus side is the guys there are nice, but I wouldnt go back 👎

Came in for a top off was immediately met by the manger Andre with a cold water and an honest smile. I was in the bay within 10 minuets which is expected personally. Quick detailed honest and friendly. I love seeing the turn around the past few months at shop secor! Keep up the awesome work take 5!

Andre and Brevon were literally sooooooo amazing. I came in for a quick oil change they made sure I got my military discount and helped fix my bumper from a recent deer incident. I didn't ask he just saw a problem and helped. Today that's super rare and I'm sooooo thankful.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Brevon, and his assistant today Maurice were super helpful in getting us everything we needed, and making sure we understood each product as well as prices. He even offered us waters on this hot day to make sure our experience was positive, very caring team! 2020 silverado 5/30/26

1 star because they left their shift early. I showed up at 1945 before closing time. I work 12 hour shifts and spent time after my shift to drive here to get the underbody cover looked at - that has been dangling since I got my oil change. It's ironic it fell off as I backed up and it caught on the cord in the driveway here. Usually no complaints, usually fine service and no issues. But think this underbody cover wasn't screwed back on (I assume) and wanted it looked at since it happened soon after the oil change. Can't accuse them of that though. The 1 star is purely for wasting my limited time after work because they either left early or didn't change their hours on their website or google. I have gotten an oil change after my shift before so I know it's not typical they close early. Thing is, if I show up tomorrow after work will I be wasting my time again? No ability to leave a voicemail or email to confirm if they changed their hours. So this review is my only way of contact
